SMS Alerts

The Surendranagar district co-operative bank ltd, has launched SMS Alert service for the customers, which will enable customers to see their account balance, get mini statements, reminder of maturity of fixed deposit and fate of cheque/s. Now stay updated on your account transactions anywhere and at anytime.


SMS Alert service provides instant notification about your transactions as and when it happens. It helps you to keep a watch on your account with a round the clock service. Every debit or credit in your account over a limit desired by you is intimated by SMS. Now with SMS Alert service, you are always in a position to detect unauthorized access to your account.


Automatic Alerts:

  • Debit and Credit Alert: Messages are sent for each Credit and Debit to your account above a specified threshold limit.
  • Rs. 15/- + GST per Quarter SMS Charges apply Current & Saving account.

Missed Call Service

Account Balance

To provide hassle-free and convenient banking services to customer by leveraging technology, Bank has introduced missed call facility for balance inquiry. All customers who have registered their mobile number can get the balance of their accounts by just giving a missed call from their registered mobile number on 9278700857.

The call made to the above number will automatically disconnect after the first ring. Customer will then receive an SMS giving the last four digits of account and current balance of accounts.


Main features of this facility are as under:

  • This facility is available 24X7.
  • Balance of accounts under Saving Bank (SB), Current Account (CA), Overdraft (OD) and Cash Credit (CC) will be provided through this facility.
  • Customer may have more than one account with the same mobile number. In that case SMS of maximum length of 320 characters (2 messages) will be sent to customers. For remaining accounts, customer can avail the SMS Banking Services or call our Contact Centre.
  • Customer can avail this facility a maximum of 3 times in a day.
